I have 20 years of business experience, working in various sectors, such as telecoms, financial services, media, and non-profit.
Most of my career has been spent in IT, as a Technologist and a Professional Coach focused on enhancing the performance of individuals, teams, and organisations.
I have delivered large-scale transformation programmes involving organisational design, definition of vision, mission, identity and purpose, coaching training programmes, ways of working, values and beliefs, diversity and inclusion, and coaching leadership teams.
I hold coaching certifications from the International Coaching Federation (ICF Level 2 Accreditation), ICAgile (ICP-ACC), and in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).
Beyond coaching, I also offer mentoring services for a limited number of people.
