I'm an accredited coach working with individuals, teams, and organisations. The form changes; the conviction doesn't: most people and teams are capable of far more than their current way of working allows.

Coaching is a space to think that through deeply: with someone whose work is to ask the question you would rather skip, and to listen for what you actually mean. A team is more than the people in it; its results come from how it works as a system: how it decides, how it handles disagreement, whether it holds a shared sense of purpose. I help with that through team coaching (sustained work with the team as a whole) and through capability building, practical facilitation-led training built from real business practice rather than theory.

Few organisations fail for lack of a strategy. They fail in the distance between that strategy and the day-to-day. Transformation
Change that
actually lands.
Most organisations have tried the conventional model: expert consultants, defined methodologies, delivery plans. And most have found that when the consultants leave, the momentum dissipates. I work from a different set of principles.
Read current reality first
Before prescribing anything, I get an honest picture of what is actually here: the capabilities, the relationships, the history, the constraints. The right next step can only emerge from where you actually are, not from a target state borrowed from elsewhere.
Accompany, don't deliver
Not arriving with answers pre-written. Not training that fades when the workshop ends. Walking alongside your people through real work, present as things unfold, reflecting together on what is being discovered. Both sides learn.
Build protagonists, not recipients
The goal is not compliance with a new system. It is people who have become confident protagonists of their own development, capable of sustaining, adapting, and evolving the work without external prompting. The test: can they keep going without me?
Systematise the learning
What's discovered at the front line must be captured, reflected on, and made available across the organisation, not as documentation, but as a developing body of insight that guides future action and is refined as experience accumulates.

About Marco
Over twenty years.
One belief.
I have over 20 years of business experience, working in various sectors: financial services, telecoms, media, energy, pharma, consulting, and non-profit.
My experience spans many years as a technologist delivering software, services, and products, as well as a professional and transformation coach on the business side, including in finance, HR, audit, security, and operations. I am passionate about helping individuals, teams, and organisations with their agility, ways of working, and effectiveness, in order to best serve their customers and stakeholders.
I have delivered large-scale transformation programmes involving organisational design, definition of vision, mission, identity and purpose, coaching training programmes, OKRs, ways of working, values and beliefs, diversity and inclusion, learning and development, and coaching leadership teams. I partner with a number of collaborators who are also experts in this field.
I hold coaching certifications from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), ICAgile (ICP-ACC), and in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).
